Nova Property Fund Management AG is a fund management company approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company manages and sells collective investments schemes in accordance with Swiss law and acts as an investment consultant for the real estate firms Novavest Real Estate AG (listed at SIX Swiss Exchange) and SenioResidenz AG (listed at BX Swiss AG).
Mettler Entwickler AG has been developing projects throughout Switzerland for more than ten years. These include residential and commercial developments, but also the conversion of industrial sites and the development of districts and neighborhoods. Mettler Entwickler AG develops, among other things, overall concepts for the conversion of former industrial sites, prepares feasibility studies, market and location analyses and creates utilization concepts. Further services include the planning and implementation of study competitions, the preparation of redevelopment and marketing concepts as well as advice on building law and fiscal matters.
