Anita Fetz is the founder and owner femmedia ChangeAssist, a consulting firm that specialises in supporting personnel development and change processes, since 1986. She studied history and economics at the University of Basel. From 2003 to 2019, she served on the Swiss Council of States representing the canton of Basel-Stadt. She was on the Board of Directors of Alternative Bank Switzerland from 1990 to 1997, on the bank council of Basler Kantonalbank from 1997 to 2005 and on the Board of Directors of bank coop (now bank cler) from 2000 to 2005.
